Saturday’s 4-1 loss away to Burgess Hill Town has left United second-bottom of the early league table with four points from five games, the same tally as a Hythe side which is three places better off.

Before then, Little Common and Westfield will go head-to-head in a Macron Store Sussex County Football League Division Two local derby. Kick-off at the Recreation Ground is 11am.

Both teams will be searching for their first league win of the season. Common have lost both of their league games so far after seeing a 3-1 lead turn into a 4-3 defeat at Haywards Heath Town on Saturday, while Westfield have taken one point from their two matches.

Elsewhere in the same division, Bexhill United will be hoping to make it six points out of six with a victory away to AFC Uckfield Town. That match also kicks-off at 11am.

Bexhill began their league programme with a 2-1 success away to Mile Oak on Saturday despite finishing the game with nine men. Uckfield have won both of their league matches so far.
