John Yems made only one change to the side who drew with Southend United last week with Dannie Bulman replacing Nathan Ferguson.

Tony Craig had to get treatment early on for a bloody nose and Tom Nicholls had Crawley Town's first chance.

The opening goal arrived in the 33rd minute when Ben Tozer's long throw from the right was deflected into his own net by defender Tony Craig under pressure from Will Boyle.

Andy Williams then made it 2-0 a short time into the second half with a well-taken finish from the experienced striker.

Skipper George Francomb had to be substituted late on after suffered a knock.
