The Sussex County Football League Division Two fixture is now scheduled to take place at Little Common Recreation Ground due to the ongoing problems with Uckfield’s ground.

That said, the match is unlikely to go ahead anyway because of the continuing wet weather and grim forecast for the remainder of the week. Uckfield haven’t played at their own ground, incidentally, since December 7.

Hastings United, meanwhile, have already made arrangements with the Ryman League regarding their Division One South game at home to Hythe Town. The match is due to take place on Monday (February 17), but will be moved to Wednesday (February 19) if the pitch is unfit.

Bexhill United are planning a pitch inspection between 9 and 9.30am on Saturday to see if their Sussex Division Two fixture against Steyning Town can go ahead.
