Having achieved significant success over the last two seasons in East Sussex Football League’s Premier Division, Rangers will look forward to competing with higher grade opposition across Sussex including other local sides such as Hollington United and Westfield.

The team are confident that they will be able to compete against fellow Step 7 clubs, having played against a number of teams in county cup and pre-season friendlies in the recent past.

Nick Gardner, Sedlescombe Rangers club chairman, said: “I believe our club’s success is down to the blend of developing its strong youth talent alongside well-established senior players.

“This combination has come as a result of our youth and senior teams close working partnership and its clear pathway for youth players to transition seamlessly from youth to senior football in the club.

"Our move into NLSS will provide players an opportunity to stay at the club for the long term, through our youth system (6 to 18 years old), into a strong standard of senior football and even onwards into Vets football when it’s time!”

Rangers are looking to build on this success further, so if you would like to be part of this FA Charter Standard Community Club’s future, either as a player, coach, official or sponsor fin them at sedlescomberangersfc.co.uk; on Facebook @SedlescombeRangersFC or email [email protected]
