Crawley Town confirm second pre-season friendly

Crawley Town have confirmed their second pre-season friendly ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.

The Reds will make the short trip to The Camping World Community Stadium to take on Horsham on Saturday, July 17 at 3pm.

It will be a fixture played in familiar surroundings for John Yems' side. The Reds have been using the Hornets' home as a training base since 2019.

The two sides last met at the official opening of The Camping World Community Stadium two years ago.

Goals from Chris Smith and Kieran Lavery saw Horsham record a surprise 2-0 win over the Reds.

Ticket details will be announced in due course, once clarification about spectators at non-league football matches is confirmed.

This is the second confirmed pre-season friendly for Crawley. The Reds will travel to The New Defence to face Horley Town on Saturday, July 10 (3pm).
