The match may have finished 0-0, but it was a pleasure to watch - especially in its final moments. Player ratings below...

The People's Pension Stadium
. Glenn Morris - 8
Early on, quickly came off his line, forcing Forest Green’s striker Aaron Collins wide, when he burst through and clipped the post. His best moment was an incredible double-save, just a minute into the second half. Unreal reflexes from ‘The Cat’.
. George Francomb - 7
Dealt with Forest Green’s attackers in a few 1v1s and looked solid for most of the match. Was subbed with ten to go, but it was another decent showing from the skipper.
. Joe McNerney - 7
Poor in possession, and often put himself into a few uncomfortable situations, with some messy control. However, a great block to save a certain goal when it mattered, and did it again at the death. Constantly wound-up Forest Green’s Collins, who with his shinpads around his ankles (like a Jack Grealish-wannabe), didn’t quite find McNerney’s presence and chirping as funny as I did.
. Jordan Tunnicliffe - 7
Good recoveries, when Forest Green broke but was sloppy on a few occasions, giving the ball away. The centre-back kept his head up throughout, and as always proved to be a much-needed voice at the heart of the Reds’ backline.
. Tony Craig - 7.5
Like against Newport County mid-week, Craig was shifted to left-back. Once again, he did well, covering, battling, and pocketed the Forest Green winger. Solid.
