Manager Mark Yates: “We’re delighted to be able keep Mitch for another month.

“His experience and skill have helped settle the team down in recent weeks and he’s a very popular member of our squad.

“I’d like to thank (manager) Gary Rowett and his staff at St Andrew’s for letting him stay with us.

“He is getting regular games which is what the loan was all about.”
