The duo have been regulars in the under-18 side this season and having caught the eye of senior manager John Gregory while training with the first team in recent weeks, have been offered one-year contracts.

First team manager Gregory said: “Bradley and Ryan, we’ve decided to take them on pro contracts for next season.

“They’re not 6ft 5inches, they’re two little‘ns who are technically very, very good.

“Whenever they’ve joined in with the first team they’ve not looked out of place, we want to give them an opportunity next season (so) we’ve given them just a years contract.”

The pair will remain as part of the senior side for the rest of the season with Gregory keen to monitor their progress.

Currently they are the only members of Reds under-18s who will stay on beyond this season with the youth set-up closing down at the end of the current campaign.
