The former Premier League club took the lead in only the seventh minute through a header by Bjorn Siguardarson.

After showing plenty of attractive football Crawley fought back and eventually equalised in the 91st minute with a well worked team goal scored by Billy Clarke.

The celebrations started as it looked like the Reds had grabbed an unexpected but deserved draw.

But moments later in injury time Kyle McFadzean conceded a controversial penalty and Leigh Griffifths scored the winner from the spot-kick, placed underneath diving keeper Mike Jones.
