After a nervous first half the score at half time was 0:0 but shortly after half time, Sam Wright opened the scoring with a superb goal and the team relaxed into a wonderful second half.

Shortly afterwards, Luke Perdrix put the ball in the back of the net, followed by two great counter attacking goals by Adam Lindo and Josh Hickingbotham’s goal made the final score a smashing 5:0. Ed Turns was strong and kept centre midfield safe and with Angus Hill in goal, the wonderful Downlands defence kept a clean sheet too.
