The Seagulls play four matches in just 11 days, beginning with Saturday's Premier League trip to Bournemouth.
Albion then host Arsenal on Boxing Day and entertain Everton on December 29, before travelling to West Ham on January 2.
Hughton admits he could rotate his squad during a busy period and said: "You can never guarantee it because it's all about results and how well we play.
"Sometimes if you play well enough, you might keep the same team.
"But in this period, particularly with the competition we've now got in the squad, then everybody has got to be ready.
"Do I see changes? Yes, probably but I can't guarantee it."
Bernardo and Yves Bissouma are among the summer signings to have become regulars in the Brighton team in recent weeks. Asked if it can take players a while to adapt to the Premier League, Hughton said: "Yes it can do but sometimes it's just a choice and if somebody in a particular position is doing well then maybe you don't want to change that one.
"There are always a few reasons but generally it does.
"There are some circumstances with players that we've brought in who have gone straight in. Pascal Gross came in and went straight into the team and was a mainstay for us last season. Jose (Izquierdo) perhaps the same.
"It depends on the circumstances, the position, who's playing in that position but it certainly can take a little while."
