Ex-Tottenham and Arsenal man only starting trialist as Crawley host Albion

Former Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal man Andre Blackman is the only trialist to feature in the starting line-up for Crawley Town in their pre-season friendly against Brighton & Hove Albion this afternoon.

The former Bristol, AFC Wimbledon and Celtic youngster is the only non-contracted player Dermot Drummy has opted to start against the Championship outfit.

Former Chelsea midfield Billy Clifford is amongst the substitutes as is ex-Arsenal youngster Charlie Gregory.

There is again no Matt Harrold in the Reds line-up, but Josh Yorwerth and Alper Tursin, who missed the Three Bridges game are on the bench.

For Brighton, Glenn Murray and Steven Sidwell are on the bench in what is Albion’s first pre-season fixture.
