Bexhill will begin their home programme in Macron Store Sussex County Football League Division Two against second-placed Worthing United buoyed by three straight wins.

Bexhill manager Marc Munday said: “I’m really looking forward to Saturday against a good opposition who I feel are one of the best sides in the league. But if we do our stuff, I don’t think we’ve got anything to worry about.”

Andy Garman (ankle) is doubtful and Kevin Barden is unavailable, but Linton Rogers is back from suspension. New signing Chris Cumming-Bart isn’t available until next week.

Common will be targeting a fifth successive victory when they welcome second-bottom Midhurst & Easebourne to the Recreation Ground.

Player-manager Russell Eldridge said: “By the end of the month we’ll have had six home games so it’s important we keep picking up those wins.”

Jared Lusted will be sidelined for the foreseeable future with a dislocated shoulder and the cut eye of Paul Feakins will be assessed.
