Arsenal are eyeing Newcastle midfield powerhouse Moussa Sissoko.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was dealt a huge double blow last week when midfield duo Jack Wilshere and Mikel Arteta were both ruled out for the forceable future.

The Frenchman is aware of his growing shortage of central midfielders and, according to The Sunday Times, has earmarked compatriot Sissoko as a main target.
