The Pilot Field pitch passed a 3.45pm inspection despite a heavy overnight frost and the Ryman Football League Division One South match will go ahead.

The game - which will kick-off at 7.45pm - is an important one for both sides as they seek to climb away from the lower reaches of the table.

United are 19th after Saturday’s 2-0 defeat away to Worthing and Ramsgate are second-from-bottom - six points worse off than United, but with two games in hand. The teams have yet to meet this season.

The fixture was due to have been played on Saturday December 27, but was postponed after some of the visiting squad were involved in a road traffic accident en route.

Richard Rose is available again for United after missing the Worthing game through suspension, while Ade Olorunda will be pushing for a starting place after coming on as a substitute on Saturday.
