The attacking player, pictured, is back at The Polegrove - where he began the season before joining Sidley United in the second half of October after failing to establish a regular place in the starting line-up.
Ham scored seven senior goals, some of them penalties, during his time at Sidley and was the subject of a seven-day approach from Little Common - the club where he scored 16 goals in the 2010/11 season - last week.
Bexhill manager Darrol Parris said: “We lost a couple of forwards (Dominic Clarke, Linton Rogers and Paul Rogers) and I just wanted to add to what we’ve got.
“I didn’t make him any promises, he’s no different to any others. If he’s willing to come down and work hard, he’s got a chance. It’s up to him really. If he wants to finish the season on a high, he’ll put it in.”
Having scored two goals in an in-house training game on Tuesday night - which replaced the scheduled friendly cancelled by opponents AFC Uckfield - Ham is expected to be in the squad at home to Dorking Wanderers on Saturday.
