Hastings are scheduled to host Worthing in Ryman Football League Division One South, while Bexhill are down to entertain Ringmer in Macron Store Southern Combination Football League Division One.

Hastings will be eager to build on their excellent 2-1 win away to Dorking Wanderers on Saturday when goals from Sam Cruttwell and Zac Attwood gave them a comeback victory over previously undefeated opposition.

That result has left Garry Wilson’s side 10th in the table having won five and lost four of their opening nine league fixtures. Worthing possess an identical record, but are three places worse off due to an inferior goal difference.

United have lost their last two home games in the league, but will be boosted by the return of left-sided midfielder Sam Cole from a three-match suspension as they seek to end that sequence.

Bexhill will be looking to continue an unbeaten run in the league which stretches back to the opening day of the season, although for the second game running influential attacking midfielder Chris Cumming-Bart is set to be with Hastings.

The Pirates are eighth in the table with 10 points from their first five league matches, the latest of which ended in a 1-1 draw at home to Mile Oak on Saturday. Ben Phipps scored Bexhill’s goal.

Ringmer - who are likely to field several locally-based players in their line-up - are four places and three points worse off than Bexhill having played two additional fixtures.

Both matches are due to kick-off at 7.45pm, although yet more rain is forecast for today. Return to this website later today for confirmation of whether or not the games will go ahead.

Little Common’s fixture at home to Langney Wanderers - which was briefly pencilled in for tonight towards the end of last week - will not be taking place as Langney already have a fixture lined up for tomorrow.
