Hastings are at home to Horsham in Ryman Football League Division One South, while Common will head to Shoreham in round three of the Parafix Sussex Senior Challenge Cup. Both games will kick-off at 7.45pm.

Hastings will be eager to hit straight back after the disappointment of Saturday's 4-2 defeat at home to Dorking Wanderers when they fought back superbly from 2-0 down to level at 2-2 only to concede twice in the last 20 minutes, the first of them from a controversial penalty.

That first home league loss of the season has left 11th-placed Hastings 13 points outside the play-off places, although they do have between three and five games in hand on every team above them.

Hastings and Horsham drew 1-1 in the reverse fixture just 10 days ago when United conceded a last gasp equaliser having led for 75 minutes.

Elsewhere, Macron Store Southern Combination Football League Division One leaders Common will travel to Premier Division top dogs Shoreham for a place in the quarter-finals of the county's premier knockout competition.

Common have won their last five games in all competitions, the first of which was a 3-1 victory at home to Premier Division side AFC Uckfield Town in the previous round.
