Horsham Football Club make committee changes

Horsham FC have announced two changes to the club’s committee.

Mark Wells has been elected as successor to outgoing committee chairman Adam Hammond, while Amy Thompson was unanimously elected to the position of vice-chairman, with both taking up their new roles with immediate effect.

A long-time Horsham fan, Mark has won praise for his management of the club website hornetsreview.co.uk.

Chairman Kevin Borrett said: “I am delighted that two very able and committed supporters of the club had been elected to lead the management committee. I have no doubt that whilst Adam Hammond would be a hard act to follow, both Mark and Amy will represent the interests of all genuine supporters with distinction. Mark is well known for his tireless development and management of the club website which is one of the best operated by any Ryman League club. Amy is perhaps not as widely known by some supporters but has made a very significant contribution since joining the management committee last year and being appointed communications officer.”
