The new football structure will create the foundations for young players to embark on a development pathway into senior football in the U23 side and in the first team.

Commenting on the new football structure at the club, acting YM Chairman Mike Whiteford stated: “The re-establishment of youth football under the YM banner will enable the club to continue and expand its core mission of proving sporting opportunities for young people in our area.

"This has been the club’s aim throughout its 122 year history and hopefully the 20-21 season will see the club achieve success with all of its football activities.”
