As reported, Tolfrey went into the crowd to confront a fan at the end of the Ryman premier game, which Bognor won 2-1.

An FA spokesman told the Observer: “Rob Tolfrey, Kingstonian FC, has been charged for misconduct in relation to the game against Bognor Regis Town on February 23, 2015.

“The charge is in relation to an alleged breach of FA Rule E3, in that it is alleged that Mr Tolfrey’s behaviour after the end of the fixture, in that he entered the stand and confronted a spectator, amounts to improper conduct.

“Tolfrey has admitted the charge and requested a non-personal hearing, the date of which will be set in due course.”

Bognor were also investigated by the FA but were cleared while the investigation into Tolfrey’s part in it carried on.
