Young defender Tariq Lamptey has been out since December and Albion boss Graham Potter said today: "Tariq won't be fit, he had a little setback this week and we need to get to the bottom of that.

"It's a problem with his hamstring. He's seeing a specialist and he's not available for the weekend."

Adam Webster and Solly March will also miss the visit of the Foxes (8pm, Saturday) as they get over recent injuries.

Albion lost 1-0 to West Brom last weekend at The Hawthorns, missing two penalties and having a goal from Lewis Dunk ruled out in the first half - after it had been awarded.

Leicester are third after a 1-1 draw at Burnley on Wednesday.

The Foxes are missing numerous players, including influential duo James Maddison and Harvey Barnes.

Albion's last win over Leicester City was a 4-1 success at the King Power Stadium in 2014. A double from Leonardo Ulloa and a goal each from Stephen Ward and Jesse Lingard gave the visitors a convincing success.

Michael Oliver is the referee on Saturday with Stuart Attwell in charge of VAR duties.
