Golds had begun the season with a 6-1 win at Hailsham, then won by the same scoreline at home to Midhurst last midweek. There was more of the same served up in front of a large crowd on Friday against Worthing United. Joseph Benn led the way with four goals, three of them coming within the first 34 minutes, while Harry Layton and Jordan Russell also scored.
