McBride quits Rebels for Hillians
WORTHING Football Club have been dealt a blow with the news topscorer Ryan McBride will be joining Burgess Hill Town next season.
McBride, who netted 25 times for Worthing last season, has signed for their Ryman League Division 1 South opposition to join up with new manager Ian Chapman - who he knows from their time at Whitehawk.
Rebels boss Chris White said: “It’s always disappointing when a player decides to leave, especially when there is no real reason.”
