Megan Bibby is new general manager at Ifield Golf Club

Ifield Golf Club have appointed former West Hove Golf Club manager Megan Bibby as their new general manager.

She was awarded the prestigious title of Golf Club Secretary of the Year 2007 during her spell in charge of West Hove Golf Club.

She then went on to work at the Dyke Golf Club near Brighton having been head-hunted and worked there for four years.

Megan said: “I am looking forward to the move to Ifield and the fresh challenges it will bring.”

She is also a keen competitive golfer herself with a handicap of 12 and has won the Sussex Golf Club Secretaries’ Knockout Competition in 2009 and again in 2013.

Spokesman David Manuel said: “Everyone is now looking forward to a very enjoyable period in the future development and success at Ifield Golf Club.”
