New Horsham Youth Team score 100 goals in first 11 games!

A new under 11s football team in Horsham has made an incredible start to their debut season. Chesworth Rovers Youth team were only formed over the Summer but the team of local boys have just reached a milestone. After only eleven league games, the FA website shows that they have scored 100 goals!

The new Team were able to give their new kit, sponsored by The Horsham Hearing Centre, its debut recently. Despite monsoon conditions, the new kit brought instant success with Chesworth Rovers Youth continuing their winning ways from the start of the season.

Chesworth Rovers Youth are a newly formed side for the 2013/2014 season and local business Hearcentres, owners of the Horsham Hearing Centre, wasted no time seeing the potential of the team. They kindly stepped forward to provide new match kit for the boys.

Despite being a new team, Chesworth Rovers Youth have started the season strongly, with numerous wins including winning their very first tournament in Cranleigh. Team Manager Mark Powling commented, “The team was formed over a very short period of time, just before the new season was starting. Obviously any new team needs a kit and Hearcentres stepped forward immediately to help. Without this kind offer, we may not have been able to start which would have been a great shame, especially given the great bunch of boys that has been formed together”.
