Yems praised the workrate of the opposition, but said the performance from his players was once again unacceptable.

"It was farcical. Today was absolutely farcical", stated the Crawley Town manager. "We got what we deserved and that was absolutely nothing".

"[The performance] was nowhere near acceptable at the professional level".

In a shocking first-half display, the Reds conceded three without reply as Harrogate Town exposed a back-four missing Jordan Tuncliffe, who was out injured.

"It was abysmal. We didn't deserve anything in the first half. The players have to stand up, they will have a tough week. That's the same team that beat Leeds."

"These are the sort of results that get you the sack", he added.

"I want to win. If you are out there and don't show you want to win...[then] there will be changes".

On Crawley's play-off push, Yems expressed that his side would be "lucky to make the play-offs in the National League".

After a disappointing run at home, Crawley travel to Carlisle, in what is expected to be a difficult match for the Reds.

"Let's stop feeling sorry for ourselves", Yems stated. "When your backs to the wall..sometimes you come good".
