The match between the two sides was postponed at the weekend owing to a waterlogged pitch and the teams will try again at The Lashmar this Saturday (3pm).

Oatway was a key player when EP won the County League Division 2 title two years ago as he scored 34 goals which earned him a one-year professional deal with Brighton & Hove Albion.

The attacking player left Albion in the summer and has not played much football since but EP manager Dominic Di Paola hopes to have him on board for the rest of the season.

Kevin Keehan will be available for Saturday’s tie if EP’s game with Worthing United was played on Wednesday as that would have completed his suspension.

Billy Franks is fit for the match and only the injured Fred Foreman, unavailable Mike Huckett and cup-tied Oli Lockyer will be missing.

Tickets for Saturday’s game will be sold in the bar, not on the gate.
