Three goals in the last 24 minutes by Tiago Andrade, Scott Weller and Jamal Sultan booked their place in the fourth round.

Painter said: “Selsey didn’t have much of an attacking threat - they played 4-5-1 and we found it hard to break them down.

“We played the first half like a training game with no real tempo. Our passing was too slow and our attitude wasn’t right.

“We put our disappointing first half display right in the second half and our goalkeeper Michael Chester didn’t have a save to make!”

It took Premier Division Heath until the 66th minute to take the lead against their Division One opponents when Rob Godfrey crossed and Andrade netted with a glancing header. Scott Weller made it 2-0 just four minutes later, lashing home from an acute angle.

Jamal Sultan added a third with 15 minutes to go, beating a defender and the keeper to blast into the bottom corner.
