O’Toole, who was previously Mussels boss in the 2013-14 season, returned to the club last month ahead of the 2016-17 campaign.

Kevin Keehan, who was Mussels joint manager in 2011-12, will be O’Toole’s player/assistant manager, while Andy Pearson, Joe Keehan and O’Toole’s brother, Rob, have also agreed to join.

Kevin Keehan joins Mussels from Horsham, who he helped win the Southern Combination League Premier Division title last season.

Rob O’Toole returns to Shoreham from Haywards Heath and Pearson and Joe Keehan join from Burgess Hill.

Bryan O’Toole said: “This is the spine of the team that I wanted and that I spoke about before.

“I’m delighted to have Kev on board as I get on really well with him. I didn’t think my brother would come and that’s probably the biggest surprise but I’m really pleased as he’s a massive character to have in the dressing room.
