Sidley game joins casualties
Sidley United’s match at home to East Preston today (Saturday) has become the latest postponement.
Hastings United’s trip to Lowestoft Town in the Ryman Football League Premier Division and Rye United’s visit from Chichester City in Sussex County League Division were called-off earlier this morning due to waterlogged pitches.
Westfield’s trip to Loxwood and Little Common’s home fixture against Littlehampton Town in Sussex Division Two, Bexhill United’s Sussex RUR Charity Cup third round tie at Broadbridge Heath, and Hastings United’s reserve team game at home to Carshalton Athletic are all subject to pitch inspections.
Sidley, by the way, are due to host Lingfield on Tuesday night in a late addition to the fixture list.
