Brighton and Hove Albion had a disappointing start to the new season, losing 1-0 to Sheffield Wednesday at the Amex.
Sami Hyppia’s men were beaten by a 40th minute goal from Giles Coke. Andrew Crofts was shown a red card for a dangerous tackle just after the break.
