They won four out of the five beating Furzefield B 3-0, Southgate 2-1, Furzefield A 3-0 and Gossops Green 4-1 to qualify for the final. Their one defeat came in a 2-0 loss against The Oaks Primary School.

That was the same opposition that Southwater Junior Academy met in the final, played in front of the opposition schools and some Crawley Town players.

The two sides played out a 1-1 draw thanks to a late goal from Lily Ward which sent it to a sudden-death penalty shoot-out.

Millie Dalrymple converted the first effort as did the Oaks player and while Ward scored her second, The Oaks missed to see Southwater crowned champions.
