Sussex and Hampshire went for glory in cricket’s t20 finals day in Cardiff.

Goodwood staged the Group 2 Betfair Celebration Mile - one of a number of top races on day two of its August Festival.

And the football action saw Brighton and Pompey in Championship and League One action, the Rocks hosting East Thurrock in the Ryman premier and Pagham on the FA Cup trail at Lordswood.
