Hastings went ahead from the penalty spot midway through the first half after Rebels captain Mark Knee was sent off for handling the ball on the line.
Sam Adams scored from the spot, before Trevor McCreadie doubled Hastings’ lead four minutes before half-time.
McCreadie made it 3-0 on 67 minutes, before he completed his hat-trick with two minutes to go.
Rebels’ next match is at Three Bridges on Tuesday.
