Two goals apiece from Jake Holmes and Ollie Moore plus a late Matt Whiteford strike made it 11 goals in two games.

Holmes had a goal adjudged offside in the first minute, though the free flowing football set the scene for Heath to dominate and both centre backs Andy Howard and Martyn Flack headed chances over before Holmes did beat the offside trap but not Saltdean keeper Haig Kingston.

Heath goalkeeper James Fisher thwarted a rare Tigers attack and on the counter Bhujun broke down the right, drew the keeper and played in Holmes to score.

The game changed early in the second half when a Saltdean defender handled a Holmes shot on the line and the ref had no choice but to award a penalty and issue a red card. Holmes stepped up to score his second and sixth in two games.

Heath ignored the protests of their hosts and from a Holmes flock on Moore made it 3-0, and Piers McDermott then sent Moore through for his second.

Heath also finished the match with ten men when Dan Bates, one of three subs used pulled up, but their dominance continued and after Saltdean had a second man sent off Whiteford fired in a fifth from 20 yards.

Heath: Fisher, Chester, Alfieri, Flack, Howard, Miller (Andrade 65), Sultan (Whiteford 65), Bhujun (Bates 65), Holmes Moore, McDermott.
