Albion have picked up just two points from six league games in 2019 but Duffy says the team are not worrying too much as they believe they can turn things around.

Brighton fans have began to worry about the fall down the table but the Irishman said: "There's not as much worry as the fans, to be honest. We understand where the fans are coming from but we're not worrying.

"We're very confident inside. We're not as worried as probably everyone else but it's just purely because we believe in each other."

Duffy says Albion will go to Leicester tomorrow in confident mood and feels the Seagulls could have had more points on the road in recent games.

He said: "If you look at West Ham and Fulham, we were 2-0 up in both and it could easily have been six points.

"We're confident going to Leicester. We know it's a tough ask but if we get back to what we're good at defensively and keep it tight, we can go there full of confidence and get three points.

"Home and away, we think we can win. It's a little bit different away from home when the home team goes for it a little bit more but we go in looking to win every game."
