YOUTH FOOTBALL: Maidenbower Colts U13s lift Horsham League Plate

Maidenbower Colts brought home the silver after their 4-1 win against a spirited Brockham Badgers to win the Colts Plate final at the Broadbridge Heath Stadium on Sunday.

Maidenbower went in at half-time 1-0 up, but Brockham came out fighting in the second half and equalised early.

Maidenbower eventually found their footing and began to dominate the play with the four goals coming from Daniel Henstock (2), Oliver Storey and Jamie Acton.

Man of the Match for colts was Kane Watt (captain).

Colts have also secured their place in the league as runners-up.
