Hastings Town Chairman Mick Maplesden has organised the exhibition match and said: "It's been really hard work and my family have been moaning at me, but I'm part of the football team here and it's all part of improving the club and raising our profile.

"My dream is that it all comes together and everyone comes out and supports us.

"It is not just about football as the town needs different activities. Where else can you watch 24 stars live for just 6?"

Tickets are available from Hastings Town Social Club on 430517 or 444635, or the Hastings Information Centre in the town centre. Gates open at 11am, kick off 2pm.
