He's the greatest racehorse in training.

And he is coming to a course near you.

Rated 138, the Sir Henry Cecil-trained superstar is ranked the best horse on the planet.

And while a mouthwatering showdown with stellar Aussie mare Black Caviar bit the dust earlier this week, big names were lining up yesterday to take a shot at the undisputed number one.

The unbeaten Camelot – winner of the 2,000 Guineas and odds-on favourite for Saturday’s Derby – heads an explosive team of entries from Aidan O’Brien’s Irish powerbase.

Meanwhile, Richard Hannon, who is a Goodwood favourite and leading trainer on the Downs, has pencilled stable stars Strong Suit and Harbour Watch in for the £300,000 shootout over a mile.

The Sussex-born Wiltshire trainer has won the race twice – with Frankel beating his 2010 champion Canford Cliffs to the crown last summer.

David Redvers, racing manager to Qatar Racing Limited – the owners of Strong Suit and part-owners of Harbour Watch, said: ‘Strong Suit is definitely being aimed at the Sussex Stakes – it’s his big target if everything goes right.

‘We know he enjoys the track at Goodwood and we think the race will be perfect.

‘We will also definitely look at the race for Harbour Watch.

‘He may also run at Royal Ascot if he is ready in time.

‘If he were to go to Goodwood first time out, then we might consider the Lennox Stakes for him instead.’
