Future is bright for Bexhill

BEXHILL United manager Len Watkins insists the club has a bright future as their Sussex Division Three campaign draws to a close.

Watkins has blooded several youngsters over the course of the last few games and says more are keen on joining the club in time for next season, adding to what is already stiff competition for places.

An upbeat Watkins said: "There's this buzz about the place. Players are coming over every week. I think that's nice that young players are coming. I wanted to get young players at the club and we are working hard to achieve that."
