Golds finish fourth

LITTLEHAMPTON Football Club finished the season in fourth place and missed out on third only through goal difference.

Golds' boss Carl Stabler said: "It was a very good win at Crowborough. They were going for third as well and we had a weakened side out.

"I'm very pleased with how the season has gone but don't think we've had the recognition we deserve.

"For the last three or four years we've been the top local side and I'm pleased about that, especially as we've had no budget."
