The Lottbridge Golf Club Seniors Section Waltz

A faily wet course,but fine weather raised the spirits and 8 teams took part in this fun team event.

Senior Secretary Wayne Funnell thanked the following members for making things run smoothly: The Fairway Staff of karen Mike and Wesley for looking after everyone; Bill Scott, for starting the teams off; and club President Jim Woolley for his admin assistance. Senior Vice-Captain, Dennis Sutherland, for collecting the charity balls in the water donations and the greenkeeping staff, for the great condition of the course and, last but not least, David Gamble for his press reports and taking the photos.

Senior vice captain Dennis Sutherland then presented the following prizes:

Finally, Wayne Funnell thanked all of the Seniors for playing today in such a great spirit and also reminded all players of the Captains Charity Quiz night on Friday 8th November and all are welcome.

It was another great fun day at Lottbridge, the friendliest golf club on the south coast.
