Hard-hitting boxing show at ATHA Showbar
THE ATHA Showbar played host to a night of hard-hitting action at West Hill Boxing Club's annual show on Saturday.
A crowd in the region of 150 turned up to witness 12 bouts at the Little Common Road venue and the show attracted fighters from London, Brighton, Portsmouth and even the Midlands.
"It was another good show," said West Hill coach Dave Bishop. "All the crowd loved it and there was a good atmosphere."
The home club showcased seven members, five of whom were victorious, including Sid Smith in the top junior bout of the night and senior Adam Hanniver.
