Hawks dispatch Golds

LITTLEHAMPTON Football Club manager Trevor Waller was disappointed with his side's performance after they lost to league-leaders Whitehawk on Saturday.

Hawks took an early two-goal lead and wrapped up the victory with a third goal a minute into the second half and a late fourth, after they had also missed a penalty.

Waller said: "We didn't play well and looked a bit frightened. We gave away two silly goals to start with and it was the worst we have played for a long time, although it was not for the lack of trying."
