IT'S A FIRST FOR RUSSELL

RUSSELL MARTIN scored his first hundred for Southwick on Saturday as he continued his excellent start to the season. It was also the first ton by a Southwick player since Chris Summers hit 101 against Pagham in August 2002.

Martin, son of first-team stalwart, Steve, faced 137 balls to score 117 not out. His 50 came up in 73 balls and his 100 in 121. He smashed 15 fours to all parts of the ground.
