Pantheon - Apocalypse showcased some of the UK’s most talented amateur and professional fighters.

Fighting on the card were six local warriors from the St Leonards-based Fighting Tigers Gym who without question enthralled the crowd.

Ben Mitchell, Ali Waller, Dave Verlander, Elliott Hallworth, Sam Squires - who was mentioned as fighter of the night - and Jamie McGuigan were all in action.

McGuigan captured the IKF amateur super welterweight British title by overcoming Rory Evans, from Wales, to add to his and the gym’s impressive haul of titles.

Fight fans were also treated to possibly the best junior girls’ fight in the country this year as Gravesend’s Phoebe Cumiskey defeated Manchester’s Alicia Walker for the IKF junior English lightweight K1 title.

There was even more to talk about with the event’s finale, which saw Luton’s Giannis Skordilis get the better of Thanet’s Liam Wells for the IKF pro welterweight K1 title.
