This Saturday the ladies are at home to St Albans at Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre (1.30pm start).

The Horsham Ladies Twos also faced their first league encounter against Andover, having been promoted to South Division.

Under a new captain Fran Crossley, ex-National league and England Masters player and coach Mark Beard they have created a fresh, highly competitive approach.

They were forced to rejig when vice captain Natalie Howarth was called up to the First team, but produced a steady first performance in losing 2-1. Crossley saw a straight strike short corner disallowed, though Rebecca McDowell was on target as she got on the end of a Crossley cross following good work from Sue Crake. Man of the match was Rachel Humphreys.

This Saturday Horsham Twos host Worthing at BBH, 3pm push back.
