Kings Arms claim the final darts honours

With the champions of both divisions confirmed the only issue left was who would be runners up in Division two of the Horsham League.

Kings Arms, Horsham needed just two points and duly obliged by winning 6-3 at The Rising Sun to take it.

Roffey S&SC A ended in third place after being beaten by local rivals Roffey CC.

HFC@The Norfolk ended the season in bottom place, losing against second bottom Rising Sun Alliance.

Finally division two champions Roffey S&SC C ended the season with a 6-3 win at mid table Horsham C&SC.

In Division One, runners up The Railway were pushed by relegated Kings Arms, Billingshurst winning 5-4. Their were 180s for Richard Goldsmith and Geordie Wakefield.

League champions Roffey S&SC B avenged their only defeat of the season when defeating Cat & Canary 6-3. The three points gained by Canary were enough to avoid relegation. There were 180s hit by Roffey’s Alan Wyatt and the visitors’ Jamie Hopgood.

The trophy for most league wins this season was shared by two Roffey S&SC B players in Divison One: Alan Wyatt and Dan Waller. Roffey CC’s Nicky Dunn won the award in Divison Two.
