Kuhler wins another national title for Homefield Park
HOMEFIELD Park Bowling Club’s Lorraine Kuhler was part of the Sussex pairs team who won the women’s Bowls England 25 & Under pairs title at Royal Leamington Spa on Sunday (August 12).
She teamed up with Emma Cooper to beat holders Worcestershire’s Sophie Inchley and Amy Stanton 21-18 in the final. The Sussex duo had beaten Devon 20-7 in the semi-finals.
It is Homefield Park’s second national title of the weekend after Amy Truran won the women’s national singles competition on Saturday.
